Welcome to RU4REELZ.com. By using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

RU4REELZ offers video recording services for events, businesses, and individuals. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason.

2. Bookings

To book a session, you must complete the booking form and provide accurate information. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 14 days before the event. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, and the full payment must be made within 14 days of the scheduled event.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of any payment made, including the deposit.
• RU4REELZ Cancellations: If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund of any payment made.

4. Intellectual Property

All videos and reels created by RU4REELZ are the intellectual property of RU4REELZ, unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final product for personal or business use. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or alteration of the content is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details about the event, including location, time, and any specific requests. If any changes occur, the client must inform RU4REELZ as soon as possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

RU4REELZ is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

7. Payment Terms

We accept Zelle (preferred), PayPal, and Credit/Debit Cards through secure third-party payment processors. Payments must be made according to the booking agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your session.

8. Use of Content

RU4REELZ may use the videos or reels created for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or portfolio. If you do not wish for your content to be used for promotional purposes, please inform us in writing via email at least 1 week prior to the event. Send requests to Freddyreelz@gmail.com.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
