Booking & Availability

How far in advance should we book?
You can book anytime. Dates are first come, first served.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your proposal, typically before the first posting date.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 7 or more days before the scheduled date are okay. If you need to reschedule, we will find the next available slot.

Services & Deliverables

What’s included in your weekly content packages?
On-site filming, editing, and posting. You will get daily posts, Monday to Friday, with high-quality captions optimized for SEO and local exposure.

Which platforms do you post to?
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads, and LinkedIn.

Turnaround time after a shoot?
Content is prepared for review 1 to 2 days before its scheduled posting.

How many revisions are included?
One round of revisions per video.

Do you provide raw footage?
Yes. Raw footage is provided along with the edited deliverables.

Do you handle thumbnails and subtitles?
I select strong frames from each video for thumbnails. Custom thumbnails are available as an add-on. Subtitles or SRT files can also be added as an add-on if needed.

Can you post directly from our accounts?
Yes. I handle scheduling and posting once content is approved.

Creative & Process

Who writes hooks and captions?
I do, using proven frameworks and tools tailored to your industry and goals.

What music do you use?
Commercial-safe music suitable for brand use.

What do you need from us before we start?
A logo in PNG format, brand voice and tone notes, and any key messages. If someone is speaking on camera, share voice guidelines. If not, I can provide voiceover for the reel.

How should we prep before filming?
Be camera-ready in a clean uniform, and make sure the location or job site is tidy and accessible.

Rights & Usage

Who owns the content?
You own the content. I may showcase work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Can we opt out of portfolio use?
Yes. Tell me anytime and I will keep your content private.

Plans, Add-Ons & Terms

Do you offer contracts or month-to-month?
We can start with a 3-month contract, or go month-to-month if that is a better fit.

What add-ons are available?
Extra reels, longer reels, rush edits with same-day available for a fee, custom thumbnails, subtitles or SRTs, and more.

Logistics & Delivery

Where do you operate?
Los Angeles and Orange County. Travel beyond this is available on request.

How do we receive files?
You will receive a Dropbox link for review and download.

Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. Same-day rush is available for a fee.

What payment methods do you accept?
Zelle is preferred. PayPal and credit or debit card are also accepted.

Results & Reporting

Do you provide analytics?
Yes. Monthly analytics reports are included.

When do we receive reports?
Reports are delivered one week after the first of each month.

How long until we see results?
Consistency compounds. Most brands see traction build over the first few weeks as the content cadence and targeting dial in.
